Credited Transaction Record

We recently credited two transactions, and I cannot find any record of either the original transaction or the credit. How do I find that record?

I reviewed your account and see that you have a credit and a void for Evelyn T*** for $500. Both of those transactions may be seen in the Excel report.

I simply went to the Report and downloaded the consolidated report for August and September (8/1/2013 - 9/7/2013)
