  • Declined transactions

One of our members has had several payment attempts declined and does not know why. Can you let us know this reason for the following transactions being declined? Our organization's account number is 19831. If you need more information than this to find the transactions, let me know.

Declined Order Numbers (w/o last 4 digits from credit card shown):
    130728201422839####, 07/28/2013
    130728201507557####, 07/28/2013
    130803152313645####, 08/03/2013

Since we are only taking payments for membership dues at the moment, I turned off fraud protection on that page based on responses to other forum posts (but that was after these failed transactions.) But we need to know what the problem was before asking the member to try again. Thanks.

    Good day @spetro:

Sorry but we cannot locate transactions without full Order Number. The last 4 digits of a card is truly not important and does not have any security issues.

Once we have the order numbers we can review what is going on with those transactions.

        Good day @Cliff.Archey:

Please start a new thread when you are starting a new discussion. It will help us with ensuring that the questions are answered properly.

The transaction is for a Decline in TEST mode. The transaction was processed using a form that is in test mode.

I hope that answers your question. Please let us know if we can be of any further assistance.
