Product Photo Option Disappeared?

I have the opposite problem. I want NO photos in any of my my catalog (like https://co.clickandpledge.com/advanc...aspx?wid=54509). But, even with no photo selected, the catalog appears with wasted space of empty picture frames. Huh? With no selected photo, how can I make the empty photo frames disappear?

Now I see where the confusion is. When a product has options the picture should be added to the option and not the product.

Please go to the Options and add the image to the options.

-Build Product Options



Since your options are really about shipping you may want to add a custom question and assign it to the Tote Bag so if that item is selected then the question will be asked.

Hope that resolves the confusion.

Sure, the product name is SEFAA Tote Bags. If you edit that product and tab to the customize page you'll see product description and receipt message fields, but nothing in between there which is where the product image used to be.

Hopefully, this is the right place to post this question.

I wanted to use a different photo in a product description and clicked the "remove" button. Unfortunately, that not only removed the photo, it removed the entire section and there is no way to add the new photo back in. How do I get that section back? I tried creating a new product from scratch, but the photo section is gone from the new product customize page too!

All help appreciated.
