The email address that we use to login to C&P belongs to a former employee and we'd like to change that. I've looked in the Profile section and all the email addresses there belong to current employees but I haven't been able to find where to change the login email address. Thanks for your assistance in figuring this out.

Good day @SeanP,
You may set up unlimited number of users within the portal but previous users' email address cannot be changed for security reasons.
The system is designed so you can disable an old user so they can't login and then set up new users.
