    Dear @Jones,

    Based on what information you posted I found out that you have 2 accounts with Click & Pledge.

    I looked up your profile in this forum and you have stated that your account number is: 24663

    The transaction you posted is associated with account number:
    24730

    You are part of the Seattle Foundation and each Seattle Foundation affiliated organization has 2 accounts with Click & Pledge.

    Account 1: Your organization has full admin rights
    Account 2: You organization has minimum rights but the Seattle Foundation has full rights. This account is used for the GiveBig day.

    You are logging into Account 1 and are downloading transactions from Account 1 whereas your Give Big transactions are in Account 2.

    You will be able to login to both accounts at the same time if your UserID & Password are the same for both accounts. If you wish to unify the account login please follow the steps listed below:
    1. visit https://portal.clickandpledge.com
    2. Right hand side: Forget your login info? -- reset your password following the steps listed
    3. Once you receive the reset password email you will be able to unify all your accounts with the same password.

    Please follow the listed steps and let us know if you have access to both accounts and if you can download the reports.

    Then I'm very confused, on 5/15/2013 we received over $4000 of which I received email notification for each donation and the funds were deposited in our bank account. I know the February transactions were test transactions but expected to at least see the May transactions. Below is one of the transactions for $500.

    Reporting Problems

    Good Morning All:
    First time user, am trying to run the detailed transaction report and when I hit the search transactions button, nothing happens. I expected an export button to appear after the report ran but nothing happen. I'm accessing via IE and have disabled the popup blocker but still cannot effectively run a report. Any suggestions?
