Do declined recurring transactions get re-submitted?

    Thank you for your prompt reply.

    We just ran the transaction and it was authorized. You should have received the receipt by now.

    The next transaction should be on schedule for July 8, 2013.

    Good day Brian,

    We can run the old transaction which failed and that will push all the recurrings forward.

    If you let me know the first name and last initial of the donor we can go ahead and process the failed one. Once processed the transactions will continue as planned.

    Please let us know the information and we will notify you once it is processed.

  • Do declined recurring transactions get re-submitted?

    I have a monthly contributor who had their credit card get flagged for fraud alerts. Their bank stopped all transactions temporarily. Our monthly gifted was declined, but now she says the card is working again. Will Click & Pledge automatically resubmit the transaction this month or do I need to address that in some fashion?
