Error on Updating Data Message

Message appears when making any changes to Checkout Pages -
Step 2 - Easy Pages Wizard -Customize your page colors and title

When clicking on “Go to Next Step”

Message in red at bottom of the page just below and to the left of the “Go to Next Step” button

Reads “Error on Updating Data”

Are you uploading any images for your header?

The error is simply saying (as I am sure is obvious) that something you are doing cannot be uploaded and there are 2 fields that require upload on that page, one being the PDF and the other the header image.

May I ask for you to simply not to upload anything and see if you can move to the next page.

I have tried to proceed without uploading anything and still get the same message, "Error on Updating Data"

May I ask what is the WID of the page you are editing?

I need to login to your account and test the page. Once I have the WID I can figure out what is going on.

There was an invalid data in one of your fields and I cleaned it manually. It should work now.
