Would like to capture the names of people buying certain products.

Hi,

I have created an advanced check out page for our golf tournament. We have three "levels" -- single player, team of four and reception guest. I want to be able to capture the names of folks who "register" without issuing tickets (since this is a golf tournament, there is no reason to give people tickets). I know that I can add custom questions, but I am not a fan of those since the text is incredibly small, and our guests / donors are typically older people. I like the boxes that you're provided when you use the ticketing feature.

I am aware that we could set up more complex pages with the SalesForce integration, but I feel like this would be extra work and some duplication of effort since we have an existing donor CRM type system (Blackbaud Raiser's Edge).

The only way to add additional questions is through the custom questions. If you don't wish to use the tickets then that is the only other solution.

Of course you may also create custom forms using our FaaS platform. If you have developers that can create HTML forms a simple form may easily be made. There are a number of examples that may help:
