Custom Objects not linking to Salesforce

We are trying to add in a custom field so that it will link to Salesforce or atleast show up in a text box. However, we are unable to successfully get this to work.

What page are you working with? an easy page or a catalog (advanced) page?

Questions all map to Salesforce as a related field to the Transaction.

This is actual for our event pages. Since the "organization" won't link, we want to add in a text field or something along those lines so that this information will populate into a blank field so that update the record.

There are 2 ways for doing this. Custom Questions or Contact Field Matching.



Please let me know which one of these 2 you are using and I show you the details. I like to walk you through this and if it does not work then let us set up a GotoMeeting and go through it.

I have tried both of those fields. If possible, I would like to set up a GotoMeeting so that we can walk through this together.
