change required questions

I have a product, with six options, complete with images, different prices etc. One of the questions has been selected in the product. I can't UNSELECT it - how do I do that? I know I can start over, but it's a PAIN!

I have a product with several options. I edit the product. Under "settings" I get the page attached. I do not want EITHER set of questions. I can't "unselect" them.

I was delaying answering to see if it would help if I changed browsers. it didn't.

Well, I found a workaround. I created a new group of questions. One question, which was ----- (literally), and was to be answered in a text box. I put that new choice of question in the product where I was having the problem, selected IT, the other two unselected, and I've got a comment box! Works great.

Great.. glad to hear it is working for you despite the shortcoming.

There is always an answer, it is a matter of framing the right question.

I need to add a few comments to your post.

Questions are defined as follows:

- Groups are defined and questions are added to groups of questions
- Question Groups are added to a checkout page

Rearranging:

- Questions may be rearranged within a group
- Groups may be rearranged for a page

to rearrange:

1: Control Click a selection will deselect it from the list
2: Question groups may be selected and questions within the group may be re-arranged- see below- questions within groups may be rearranged through the group page.
