Expiration Date and Security Code validation on Donation Form

My client reports that she's able to enter any values into the Security Code and Expiration Date onto the donation form without impacting the authorization. It appears that C&P is not validating this information. Has anyone else seen similar behavior?

Mike,

This is not related to us but to the bank that processes it. Some banks decline on slightest variations and some don't.

We post the entire information to the gateway and the card companies either authorize or decline.
