How to create C&P Transactions & Donations from C&P Data Records

Good day!

Don't worry about the error you received- it can be fixed.

Please install the latest version immediately then follow the steps listed below to fix the problem for each entry with the error. The steps need to be repeated for each C&P Data entry with error.

1. Make sure you have the latest version installed.
2. Go to the C&P Data tab
3. Open the entries that have the error and click on the CLONE button at the top of the page
4. SAVE the Cloned version and the data should flow into the system without any problems.
5. Delete the old C&P Data records if you want since they will not serve any purpose.

All versions after release 4.x require installation of the API Class Library. Please make sure you have the latest version installed prior to installing the last version of the payment module and finally the event.

Due to not being on the most up to date installed package version, about 30 donations were recorded in our SF instance as C&P Data Records, but no information was recorded as a C&P Transaction Record or a Donation Record. The error in the "Message" field of the C&P Data Record for each of these was "Invalid field LastName for Account".

I can't figure it out. Any suggestions would be great!
