Push donation details to Salesforce

My security token in salesforce changed and before I got it updated in Click and Pledge, a donation came through. I have updated the security token in click and pledge now, but donation never posted in salesforce. Is there a way I can force an update so the click and pledge donation will be displayed in salesforce?

That is not a problem. Simply let us know the organization account number and the order #. We can post the transaction to your account.

You can get the Order number from the receipt.

I located your transaction and just ran the service to post it again.

I believe it worked.

Please check your Salesforce and see if the transaction is there.
