An automated monthly payment was run on 12/4/22 $300 for Slate. It was requested that we refund the customer, so we did, later the same day. You processed it on 12/6/22 according to our ProPay account. Then, on 12/20/22 you processed another refund to the same customer for the same 12/4/22 charge. We should not have been charged back twice. How do we get this taken care of? Thank you.
