Unable to process eCheck payments

Hi,

We are trying to integrate using the PaaS. We are sending a SOAP request to the PaaS using a "Check" as the payment type. We cannot get a transaction to succeed using the "Check" payment method. All the transactions are declined.

Please note that the test engine does not test the eCheck. The test gateway does not support eCheck test.

You may use dummy data in test mode and you will get declines and that ensures the form does not have a problem but the only way to test the eCheck is by testing it with a live account.

For your 2nd example, the payment was declined by the merchant account. If you look at the transaction in CONNECT transaction detail, you'll see that the Status Detail is "Gateway Invalid argument error InvalidRtNum".

The routing number on this order is 10 digits, and they are typically 9. You may want to verify the routing number.
