It's been brought to our attention that some of our donors are getting a false "error" message after donating, signaling them to donate again, causing multiple processed donations. It brings them to a "error page" instead of our page that confirms the donation has gone through, which it is.
Our web developer believes this might be coming from C&P. We recently installed a Captcha to prevent fraud per your recommendation and shortly after we began running into this issue. Could you help us look into this? Please let me know how else I can provide context and be of assistance.
From C&P Support: "I have confirmed that the transactions did not cause the error. I have been advised by our Developers to direct you to the Forum for advanced C&P Developer Support. Our developers directly monitor the forums and can provide better assistance regarding custom forms such as FaaS forms."
