    What fields get updated if you check update Contact information if contact exists in C&P Settings > Contact Settings?

    Address information will be updated. First name, Last name, and Email is what uniquely identifies a CONTACT. The only other field we collect is address.

      I forgot to mention that the phone number is also updated as part of UPDATE contact information. So the following are updated:

      - Address
      - Phone number

        Hi,
        Is there a way to change the format of Address field data as it comes into Salesforce from a Checkout page? We'd like to use the "Update Contact Information if Contact exists" option, but the Address format from CnP checkout page is not good for mailing. State spelled out (as opposed to std abbreviations), and United States of America is added to Country field (we'd rather leave this bank). We'd also like the option to make zip code a required field and are surprised this isn't required already for credit card processing.

          Calista,

          The Zip Code was made optional as a request by a number of clients. Since it is not a required field by the bank we made it optional.

          There are countries that have no zip code or Provinces that do not use zip code.

          We follow the ISO standard for Country and the names are per ISO standard.

            So it sounds like NO, there is no way to modify (on a checkout page) which address fields are required, change state picklist options or change the default value on country? Just confirming. Please let me know if this is on your roadmap for a future release.

              Hi,

              I wanted to know if there is any update regarding the above mentioned issue. I'm facing a similar problem, I want to change the format of address which comes from clickandpledge into salesforce i.e Removing the commas, Abbreviating the state and no country. Please let me know if there is a solution for this.
