    Sorry for the inconvenience and thank you for notifying us. We have identified the issue. The issue is the DTD changed the response so that it is not pulling that information. We will fix it in the next release.

  • Custom text not inputing into double the donation autoresponder emails

    When our autoresponder email located in C&P Designer in Salesforce, goes out to someone who has entered their company in Matching Gifts, the text says
    Your employer, <@CnP_CompanyName>, has a matching gift program! You can double your donation to KEEN using the following information:
    <@CnP_MatchingGift_Policy>

    That used to produce a link to their specific information, but now it no longer appears. There is just blank space after "the following information." How do I update this?
