We are trying to process multiple cards from a recent event.
For a few of our cards, we receive the error:
"Sorry, your payment did not go through.
Please Try again or contact your bank."
When we try to use the Virtual Terminal but then we receive the error code 5001.
We saw there was fraud settings set up, but we were unable to turn off the default.
Can you let us know what the issue is?
