    Hello,

    We are trying to process multiple cards from a recent event.
    For a few of our cards, we receive the error:
    "Sorry, your payment did not go through.
    Please Try again or contact your bank."

    When we try to use the Virtual Terminal but then we receive the error code 5001.

    We saw there was fraud settings set up, but we were unable to turn off the default.

    Can you let us know what the issue is?

    We have removed the transactions from the fraud list. Regarding the 5001 error, it is a general declined and the cardholder needs to contact their bank and find out what's going on.

    Please note that the default fraud profile cannot be turned off. You may create the custom profile and assign that profile to the respective Campaign.

    We reviewed your account and found that you have created the custom profile name: "No Fraud" but have NOT assigned it to the Campaign:

    You cannot use a donation form to process donations on behalf of your donors, under the default setting. It is best if you simply login to the account and use the virtual terminal for that purpose. If you want to use the same form and process cards then you need to set up a custom fraud profile as you have created (No Fraud) where you whitelist the IP address. Naturally, once you enable the custom profile you are responsible for all fraud transactions that may happen on that page.

    With the custom profile, you may create a profile that whitelists everything and the IP. Once enabled all transactions will go through without fraud monitoring.

    PLEASE use this feature with great caution. If your form is discovered in the open, I assure you with 100% certainty that you will fall victim of credit card validation. We have had that happen to clients that ended up having authorized over $100K in credit cards overnight. PLEASE be careful.
