Mysterious Refunds?

Hello,
We have had funds removed from our bank account which we cannot find on any reports. We initially assumed it was refunds issued, however, we cannot verify that via any report. The dates/amounts are May 2nd - $30.35 and May 10th - $230.59. How can we find these transactions?

Could you check in with the accounts department. I have not heard from them and it has been a few days and we would like to close the Month of May in our financial system.

In case it helps this is what came through to our bank. It would be great to know how to track down these transactions ourselves.
