Hello. Transaction 30880-1903181508377119765 was declined. This message is in Connect: AVS/CVV Match: Z/N What is this?
I am unable to locate an index that tells me what the code "Z/N" means. I was hoping to find the reason that transaction declined. Where should I look for that? Thanks, Allison

Was there an address provided in the transaction? The link you provided does not show what you are referencing- was it the decline reason provided on the Transaction Detail screen? Those are the responses sent back from the card issuing bank, and these vary by bank, so there's no complete list of what they may mean. An online search suggests that the zip code did not match the address associated with the card and CVV.
