    I have just discussed with the Accounts department and they said they have responded you on January 16th. Didn't you receive an email from our accounts department? However, I have asked them to respond to you again so you might be receiving an email at any moment.

    Approved charge did not go through Tsys

    C&P account #17483.
    Order number 17483-180407232628041 (I note that this order number is four digits shorter than all the other order #'s for this customer, missing the last for digits of their credit card, which are 5427. Order date 4/7/18. Amount $315.00.

    C&P shows we had 4 transactions for $315.00 on that day. One was a duplicate, and Tsys issued a charge against our account for the credit we issued to the customer. Researching this, they sent us a copy of the batch report for that day. On the batch report, there were 3 transactions - 2 for the duplicate and one other, ending in 6955. But they have no record of ever receiving the 5427 charge.

    Can you figure out why this didn't go through? The transaction is listed as approved.
