Peer-to-peer Campaign and Payment Form

I am trying to set up a peer-to-peer fundraiser. I have created a payment form under the Campaign I have created. When I go to the Campaign page https://connect.clickandpledge.com/w...SantaFeCentury
and click Make a Donation, it does not use the payment form I created but rather a totally generic one. Is there a way to change the link under the Make a Donation button?

The donation link which you are referring to is not Forms you have created in Campaign >> Forms but the Publish and Post site link. Please note that in Campaign page, Connect Forms cannot be listed. The Connect Forms are separate donation pages which you may use to embed into your websites.
