Credit Card Processing Fees
I have a question on the processing fees for our account.

We are trying to reconcile the processing fees with the bank for our 2018 event. The bank charged us 651.34. If I run a report on approved charges I show fees of $477.07 on $15,855. of approved charges. If I include declined charges I see $568.71 fees on $18,880.00 charges. I am under the impression the fee is 3% for our account.
This is the report that I am using. You have access to the org.
Please advise as to the processing fees. Thank you for your help.
