  • Failed to change connected Salesforce user

I tried follow the steps at https://cnp.mn/Salesforce-Connection to change from the existing connected Salesforce user to another. However, after I logged into Salesforce as the preferred user, Click & Pledge left me with an error. On subsequent attempts to edit the Salesforce Connection in 3rd Party Integration, the top section does not appear. I appear to be stuck and I'm concerned that Click & Pledge may be disconnected from Salesforce because I can't get the Enable post to Salesforce or Error Notification List settings to stick.

Can you help me get back on track? This is in org 00Dd0000000borB.

    Good day @wtben

We don't have access to your instance. Please grant us access as well as share the user name you are trying to integrate with.

Looking forward to hearing back from you.

Thanks! I noticed you deactivated the connection so I could reconnect with the preferred user. Have you resolved any bugs that prevented me from being able to do this myself in the first place? Is it possible for an end user to deactivate the Salesforce connection or does that require a support request?

            Good day @wtben

NO, not at this time. As of now, it can be done through support request only.
