Hello,

The following has shown up on my bank statement and I'm unable to reconcile. Cna you give me some indication as to what this charge might be for?

TransFirst/PRI PREAUTH DR N930023761674 it's for $8.92

We reviewed the question with TSYS and the charge is for the fees associated with the 4 eChecks totaling $200.

$200 * 0.0375 = $7.50

& 4 eChecks @ $0.35/authorization = $1.40
Total Fees = $7.50 + $1.40 = $8.90

The 2 pennies could be due to the 3.75% times different amounts that may not round correctly. But the fee is for those transactions.

Thanks for the quick response! I have another question, we have one event that's free of charge to attend but is managed through Click and Pledge. Do we get charged for every person who registers? I was under the impression that no fees would occur, but after reconciling statements it appears as though I'm getting charged .35.

Can you clarify ?

When you said free of charge, that means are you using custom payment type or CC? In case of custom payment type, there is NO charge. Would you please share the order number so that we can review it?

The price of the event is set to $0.00, custom payment is set to free. Not sure what you mean by order number, please clarify and I'd be happy to provide.

Please go to the C&P Transactions tab in Salesforce OR in Connect go to Transactions and there you will find the order number of the transaction you are referring to. Please share that order number so that we can review it.
