My colleague is attempting to use the forum, but her posts aren't showing up. She's logged in and it looks like she's doing everything correctly. She has tried to make a couple of posts in different forums, and they just aren't posting. Any ideas what could be causing this?

Please note that as a new member all messages will be moderated. This measure is to ensure spammers do not flood the forum. Once your colleague has 4-5 approved messages he/she will be able to post in real time. After each post, the system alerts the status of post and if it is being posted to the moderator.
