I've been trying to do a test payment transaction for a connect donation form. We upgraded & I expected that to fix things but it hasn't. I am in Salesforce under C&P settings, Virtual Terminal in the Tracker & Campaign section and don't see the ability to pull in the connect form. I was on the regular office support hours call yesterday & told I needed to check a box. I see no box in this space. Help please.

Please note that the C&P Settings >> Virtual Terminal section is default settings for C&P Virtual Terminal and there you won't see the forms. Once you enable those check box's to Show, under C&P Virtual Terminal you will see the option to select the Connect campaign and the form if there is any.
However, if you please grant us login access to your Salesforce account we can review whats going on.
