  • FAAS Recurring Payments and testing E-check option

    I have a FAAS form at https://www.cskdetroit.org/beafriend and for some reason when I check the option for recurring payment it isn't showing up on the receipt. I've attempted changing the recurring policy set in the C&P checkout page but that doesn't seem to have any affect on the FAAS form. I also am not able to test the Echeck option.

    I've attached a copy of a receipt. The page and form are both in test mode.

    Can anyone please assist me with troubleshooting both of these issues?

    Good day @POSJ

    We found that you are passing one of our recurring node "Intallment" for two times. One is for radio buttons on the top, and another one along with generating account related and periodicity fields on click on "CreditCard" radio buttons. You have to remove the last Installment node which is generated on click of "CreditCard". Because that particular node is having a null value.

    Regarding eCheck, test transactions cannot be done through eCheck.
