Fraud Returns Not Listed In Transactions

Every request I send from our API 5001 Declined and there is no record of it in the listed transactions: https://login.connect.clickandpledge.com/Reports.

If I search the transaction number that is in the response, the Click & Pledge admin says that it doesn't exist. Some of the previous 'fraudulent' transactions are listed, but others aren't.

Any idea how this is happening and what is going on?

This is actually occurring in two different places: 1) the Click&Pledge WooCommerce plugin (seekingpeace.org/order-details) and 2) a custom Click&Pledge API integration (seekingpeace.org/donate). Account number is: 37827

Your FaaS form is not easy to check - do you have an Order Number?

The error code 5001 mean the general decline by the gateway. We need to review the order to know why it has declined.

I found these two:
37827-1706201052280581208
37827-1706201044504681208

Both of those were marked as fraud, but have no record of them in the Click & Pledge system.

It looks like due to multiple attempts through one IP address our fraud scanner blocked those transactions. We have removed this so you should be able to complete your transactions now.

You may want to Whitelist your IP's and Email addresses to prevent blocking you: http://help.clickandpledge.com/custo...d-whitelisting

NOTE: If you are processing from public IP then never Whitelist it.
