  • Turn off all Receipts (including for recurring gift payments)

    I have turned off receipts for donations and am using only Autoresponders to acknowledge gifts. I've created Autoreponders for recurring gift transactions which work great. However, the default receipt is still being sent for those payments as well. Where do I inactivate the default recurring payment receipt?

        May I know where did you turned off the receipt? Would you please share your C&P Account number?

        While reviewing we noticed that the above is not FaaS form but it is Connect Campaign Form.

            Strange! are you sure you are getting the API generic receipt? Would you please share the order number of the transaction?

            Please note that the Organization always receives a copy of the receipt. The above setting is for the patron ONLY.

                  The receipt is being sent to the donor, as well as the organization admin contacts.

                    Also the receipt that is being sent is not the one we have built in the Receipt Builder. I can locate the receipt that is being sent, nor replace it with the one we have designed (though ideally, no receipt would be going out, just the auto-responders)
