One of my autoresponders isn't working correctly and in my research I found that in the Receipt module, we are cautioned agains using the same email address for the Receipt Reply to the Email and the Receipt/Email Notification address. Is there a potential issue with me using the same address in for "Mail From Address" and "Reply To Address" in Autoresponder?

That is not an issue with Autoresponder. Would you please grant us login access to your Salesforce account and share the order number as well as the Autoresponder name you are expecting to fire so that we can review it?

I have resolved this. The SKU used in logic had been changed. Thank you and good day.Comment
