  • Receipt providing incorrect end of payments date

    One of our customers has a pledge set up in the system and the receipt they received with their most recent payment (5/3/17) provides an end date that doesn't align with the end date noted in the system. The latest receipt states payment run through 11/4/2017 while the actual record for the donor states payments will run through 9/3/2017 (which is the correct date). The previous receipts showed the correct end date, why are they now showing an incorrect date and not aligning with the record in C&P?
