  • Click and Pledge Checkout rejecting payments - remove block?

    The Click and Pledge checkout page for our Local Food Guide payments is currently rejecting payments when we try to enter them from our office computers. This is the checkout page:

    Last year we had the same thing happen as a result of our office processing multiple payments through the same link from the same IP address. Click & Pledge flagged our account for fraud and blocked all transactions from going through. Last year they were able to lift the block and provided instructions to set up a workaround. Please help advise how we can fix this and avoid this issue from occurring again in the future.

    We have removed that from Fraud list. We do not recommend using a checkout page to process donations on behalf of a client since that has the potential to have you blacklisted again if caught by the fraud system. The Virtual Terminal is designed for this purpose. Please follow the steps in the link below to process the transaction through Virtual Terminal:

    You may Whitelist your IP's and Email address within your Click & Pledge portal account. Please see the screen shot.

    NOTE: If you are processing from public IP then never Whitelist it.
