  • campaign ID Update is invalid!

    I know that this is because I deleted a campaign for which there was a sku, for which I apologize, but Kami says you have to reset this on the back end/ Thx.

    Would you please grant us login access and share the OrgID? Also, please share the order number as well as the SKU you have configured.

      There are two problems I discussed with Kami yesterday. One is that I get the msg that the Campaign ID Update is Invalid. Please Check..!!!
      when I make changes in Virtual Terminal settings or opportunity mapping. I did delete one campaign, mea culpa, no idea of its ID. Kami says you have to fix that on your end. The sku used with both the deleted SF campaign (AADonate or something along those lines) and with the current Annual Appeal SF Campaign is AAdon16.

      The other problem is that one person, Richard Nieman by name, shows up fine in SF, both the Campaign and the Opportunity. HOWEVER, it does NOT SHOW UP in Connect. The order number is 1611130816310373163.

      In both problems, The CP account is 36869 (note it's this one not the other).

          Can you see it in Transactions? I know you can search on it by number. But you can't search on it by NAME or see it in the transaction list.
