  • Emailed Receipt subject line does not match payment type

    We have setup Invoice as a custom payment type which means that payment has not been received. When autoresponder sends an email notification, the email subject line reads "Receipt" which suggests incorrectly that payment HAS been made. How to I change the subject line to read "Invoice" when the Invoice custom payment type is used?

    Please see the below image, there is an option to change the Subject of the Autoresponder receipt. However, you may need to create one Autoresponder with the condition to fire ONLY for Custom Payment/Invoice.
