Thank you for the follow-up, I don't completely understand your point. However, my question is: why was a second opportunity created for a recurring transaction? There should only be one opportunity, why are there two?

    Good day @[email protected]

As stated above, you may need to check the box for "Except if Amount=0" in order to NOT to create the opportunity for $0. In case of Free Events, you need to manually update the settings accordingly.

Hope that helps. Let us know if we can be of any further assistance.

    Hello,
we do occasionally have events where admission is $0 so we want to keep that setting, however, given that her monthly donation is greater than $0, I'm wondering why a second opportunity for a zero value was created along with her monthly donation.

It is due to the settings you have set under C&P Settings >> Opportunity >> Opportunities:

Name:	Opportunity Settings.jpg
Views:	19
Size:	139.4 KB
ID:	27816

If you don't want to create the opportunity with $0, please check the box for "Except if Amount=0"

Hope that answers your question. Let us know if we can be of any further assistance.

Can someone please help me understand why a second opportunity is being created for a recurring payment with a zero amount?
