Receipt Builder Problem

Hello - I am trying to use the Receipt Builder and I am not seeing the full page load. On the first page, I'm getting the buttons, but no graphics and the second page is loading just text. I've put screen shots here. I've tried it in both Chrome and Firefox with the same result in both. Can you help me?
