John, what was the solution? I have a similar issue, in that everything was working and now we don't see the donations in Salesforce. We do, however, receive the email receipt from C&P.

We reviewed and found that the Checkout page having WID#92696 which is associated with above form has been deleted from the portal which is causing the issue.
Please your source for the referenced form:
The above WID has been deleted.

Our donation page quick working
We have had the active donation page for nearly 2 years and working seamlessly. Recently (about the time of the upgrade), the page quit working and no longer seems to be linked to Click & Pledge. We have tested with every type of Credit Card as well as checking account (ACH). Same error page every time. We have NOT changed the coding and are befuddled as to why the sudden problem.

Please help us understand what is happening. We have set up temporary backup page with C&P to be able to process online giving, but it is clunky and NOT satisfactory. Our custom page allows for giving to multiple funds/categories as well as "split gifts". HELP!!
