When our donors choose to pay the processing fee by increasing their donation their donation is increased by 2.95% (as shown in the Convenience Fee). We are then charged a processing fee which is 2.95% of the amount which was charged to the donors credit card (based on what is shown in the Processing Fee field in Salesforce). Our question is: what are we actually being charged?
