When Deleting a Recurring Donation

Good day!

Recurring transactions have NOTHING to do with Salesforce as of this post (this will change in release 10) but at this time cancellations and credits may only be done in the portal or Connect.

Only recurring transactions cancelled in Connect or Portal will be cancelled. Deleting records in Salesforce are only in Salesforce and will not affect the recurring's future transactions.

Hi,

We want to be sure that when removing a donation, in particular a recurring donation, in CnP that the deletion of the Salesforce record also stops the processing of any future banking transactions through the payment gateway. In other words, when I delete the CnP recurring donation of a multi-month gift are all future transactions voided? There are no remaining orphan transactions that will be fired at a future date?
