Virtual Terminal Error 2052

We are getting the following error when trying to process a transaction through the virtual terminal. I understand you have a patch to correct this and will need access. You should have access and our Org ID is: 00D36000000Il4u

	The 'urn:APISchema.xsd:CompanyID' element is invalid - The value '' is invalid according to its datatype 'NormalizedString' - The actual length is less than the MinLength value.

This behavior was due to an issue with Double The Donation which had been fixed in the API Class Library version that was not installed in your instance. We upgraded your instance & now it should work.

Your instance is also a version behind. If you would like to upgrade please let us know and we will update all your C&P applications to the latest release.
