Mapping custom question to donation description field

Using the mapping you may map any answer to any field in the Contact, Account, or Opportunity.

I realized that and went to the Reports that you listed above. It's close to what I want. It lists every answer though. So, there are 2-4 entries for each donor. I just want to display our FeedBack field, which is one of the questions (answers). I also need to be able to display the donation description in the report, because we are also displaying that for other services we use. That's why mapping this field to the donation record description field would work the best. Thanks.

You are in C&P Reports. You should go to Salesforce reports.

This could work. I can't get to the screen you are displaying. When I say create custom report it gives me four report types:

Transaction Report [ C&P Transactions ]

Product Report [ Opportunity Products ]

Recurring Report

Patron Contribution Statistics

It never lets me input custom questions into a Report Type field. Can I just select one answer to list for each donor? I'm trying to run a report for my board to show donors, amount, any input they have, which would be one of the answer fields. Thanks.

We have three custom questions on our custom donor page. I'm trying to figure out either how to run a report that shows donor name, amount, and custom question answers, which I can't figure out how to display the answers. Or, mapping the answers to the description field in the donation record. Can I get help on getting one of these to work? The second one is our preference, since we already display this field in our report. I don't know how to copy or map the answers to that description field. Thanks.
