Auctions for Salesforce + C&P: Duplicate Opportunities being created

Hi there!

I am having an issue with auctions for Salesforce and C&P. When a contact purchases an auction item, it creates a GW auction purchase opportunity.

When the CC processes, C&P creates an opportunity for the full auction purchases lump sum amount. This skews the opportunity amount totals on the contact/account record.

I have since deleted the test transactions but on the household I would see:

2016 Auction item purchase opp: .01
2016 Auction item purchase opp: .01
Auction purchases: .02

The last opportunity being created by C&P with the order number, compiling the first two opps, but now the rollup says total gifts ".04" which isn't true.

That is an expected behaviour. In case of Auctions you will see 2 opportunities one created by GW Auctions and the other one by C&P. We creates the Opportunity for payments and we don't have any information of Auction Opportunity to update it. At this time we don't support Auctions for 100% but it is under development and will address all of this issues. As of now we don't have any ETA.

Hello - I just wanted to follow up to see if there was any progress on fixing this issue. It's a real issue for calculating roll-ups for individual donors. Our next gala is in June and was hoping this wouldn't happen this year...

We are hoping the same but not before the Q4. It is under development. As of now, we don't have any ETA.
