Image Not Showing In Autoresponder

Hello! I have an image embedded in my autoresponder that is not showing up when I send out tests. I would like to get this fixed ASAP. This is what I see instead of the image I need to see!

This may be related to the permissions. It is always best if you grant us login access when you post messages so we can review your account. Instructions are at the top of each page in Salesforce.

Once we have access we can review your account. Your instance is not also up-to-date. We can also upgrade your instance once we have access.
