"Upsert failed" error for reacurring payments

    I have updated to the latest version and checked the self-healing box to re-process the errors and it returned this new error:

    Upsert failed. First exception on row 0; first error: CANNOT_INSERT_UPDATE_ACTIVATE_ENTITY, npo02.OpportunityRollup: execution of AfterInsert

    caused by: System.AsyncException: Future method cannot be called from a future or batch method: npo02.OpportunityRollups.rollupContactsandHousehol dsForTrigger(Set<Id>)

    Unless there is a step that I am missing, i don't think that the self-healing process will work for my instance of salesforce. Could you take a look at these errors and let me know if what I can do. i have granted you access. Thank you.

      The error is a known NPSP issue and as being discussed steps are being taken to resolve it.

        Awesome, Thank you. Yes, it would be great if we could get these errors gone for good! Here is a list of more current errors:

        Also, after doing last months reports I noticed that a transaction on 3/8/15 with an order number of 153815175120403717244 is not in our salesforce system at all. This is the first time that I have noticed something like this happen and it could have totaly been mistakenly deleted when I was on leave, however, normally if something like that happeneds only one entry is deleted and some form of the C&P data/tansaction is still in our system. Can you please re-send that order number as well, Thank you.

          We are working on an idea to work around the NPSP issue, as it relates to your issue, as reported in: https://github.com/SalesforceFoundat...lus/issues/312

            Good day Lucas,

            Per discussions in the HUB please let us know when you have upgraded to Cumulus from NPSP 2.

            As noted the bug you are experiencing has been fixed in Cumulus and based on the Salesforce team they will not fix it in the NPSP 2.0 so the only solution is to upgrade to the Cumulus.

              Hi Kamran, I am having trouble with order number: 150509193605973. It seems that the funds were not received even though it seems that everything is as it should be from my end. It did not show up on my Trans first end of the month report. I have granted you access to see what is going on with it. Thanks in advance for all your help.

                In the C&P Data you can simply click on the Re-Post and it will fix the issue.
