    Thank you - I reactivated this user and it seems to have solved the problem. Can the job be edited to change the user or must a new job be created?

    and the user that has created that autoresponder job is now disabled:

    When the job tries to run the user that needs to run under is no longer active.

    Good day!

    This error occurs when the scheduled job for sending the email is not running or the user that created it is inactive.

    Has the user that set up these autoresponder made inactive?

    Hello:

    I've received many emails for various transactions reading -

    "Apex script unhandled exception by user/organization: 005i00000025BE7/00Di0000000iX2P

    Failed to invoke future method 'public static void MailingProcess(Integer)' on class 'CnP_PaaS.EmailSender' for job id '707i000001cNW3O'"


    I had one donor already mention that they did not receive an email receipt and I am concerned that perhaps that's what this means. What can I do to correct this and why might it be happening all of a sudden for all of our transactions?
