We've had three transactions this month through Click and Pledge - one membership payment and two event payments. None of these transactions shows up as an opportunity on the corresponding contact records. Everything was working fine in August, we got email confirmation of the three Sept. C&P transactions, and can see the two event payments in the relevant events. Yet, nothing shows up in the contact records. What is wrong and how do we update things so the opportunities do show up in the contact records?
