    Good Day!!

    Thank you for reaching out to the forums. The reason for the decline is from the donor's bank. The Donor will need to call their card support and ask about the reason for decline. The bank or card support will supply further detail regarding the error.

    Clarification on transaction error message

    I received the following error message when a recurring transaction was being processed:

    "Reason for decline: Exceeds withdrawal amount limit (activity amount l"

    The message is cut off and I'm unsure of what the actual reason for decline was. Please clarify so I can contact the donor to assist with correcting the mistake. Thank you.
